Program for families fighting the excessive body weight – WEIGHT-LOSS FOR FAMILIES PACKAGE – is designed for families coping with the problem of excessive weight. During 7 or 14 days stay we’ll help you and your family to take care of health, to improve physical condition and mental state by losing weight.

Varied low-calorie diet, treatments, individual and group exercises, outdoor physical activity and swimming pool exercises will make your losing weight program a pleasant one. On the Center grounds we have a playground for children, basketball and volleyball fields, mini golf, chess and checkers garden boards. Besides in the area there is spa park, mountain trails, bicycle lanes.

Stay for kids:

• accommodation in cosy rooms with balconies,
• full board: 5 meals per day (1600-1800 calories diet),
• every day: exercises in the swimming pool, exercises in the gym, scheduled exercises in the form of physical movement and a game,
• plays and games on the Center grounds,
• advisory meeting with a physiotherapist or a physician, advisory meeting with a dietitian,
• two rehabilitation treatments recommended during consultation,
• individual limitless swimming pool usage,
• bonfire involving apples’ roasting,
• walks combined with outdoor games depending on the weather conditions,
• playground.

Stay for adults:

• accommodation in cosy rooms with balconies,
• full board: 5 meals per day (1200 calories diet),
• biological regeneration (1 h – sauna, heat radiation sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi),
• daily: Aqua aerobics, exercises in the gym,
• advisory meeting with a physiotherapist or a physician,
• advisory meeting with a dietitian,
• two rehabilitation treatments daily recommended during consultation,
• individual and limitless swimming pool usage,
• bonfire involving sausage roasting,
• walks combined with Nordic Walking.

FOR OUR GUESTS DISPOSAL:

restaurant, café, sports and recreational facility (basketball and volleyball fields, squash wall, tennis court), playground for kids, bonfire area, billiard table, sticks for Nordic Walking, bicycles. Gym with a mini-gymnasium, table tennis.

Kids 4 to 12 years old – 120 PLN per day

Adult person staying in double occupancy room – 159 PLN per day

Extra charge for Studio – 50 PLN per day

Extra charge for a pet – 30 PLN per day
