Participate in the XXL Academy and change a size of your wardrobe to a smaller one! Dieting, outdoor activity, exercises in the gym and the swimming pool and also education on the healthy eating – all this will bring you a new body weight.

Package for adults includes:

• an accommodation in cosy double occupancy rooms with balconies,
• full board: 5 meals per day (1200 calories diet),
• advisory meeting with a physician including assessment of the body mass – BMI, blood pressure,
• advisory meeting with a dietitian,
• two rehabilitation treatments daily,
• individual and limitless swimming pool usage,
• daily exercises in the gym,
• daily aqua fitness exercises (in the swimming pool),
• limitless usage of bicycles, sticks for Nordic Walking,
• gym with its sport equipment, outdoor activities, bicycle rides (depending on the weather)
• Internet access (wi-fi),
• monitored parking.

FOR OUR GUESTS DISPOSAL:

Restaurant, café, sports and recreational facility (basketball and volleyball fields, squash wall, tennis court), playground for kids, bonfire area, billiard table, sticks for Nordic Walking, bicycles. Gym with a mini-gymnasium, table tennis.

ADDITIONALLY PAYABLE:

Solarium, mini-golf, pétanque, billiard table, chess and checkers garden boards, biological regeneration procedures (sauna, heat radiation sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi).

DETAILS:

1. All rehabilitation treatments and group activities are conducted on weekdays.

2. Stays shorter than 7 days don’t include consultation with a physician and all treatments are arranged with a physiotherapist.

3. The gym with its exercise equipment (running track, stationary bicycle, stepper, rowing machine, exercise with a load machine) stay open during hours of Rehabilitation Department operation.

4. Therapeutic massaging, power showers are paid extra.

5. Consultation with a dietician for 15 persons group and individually – paid extra.

PRICES:

For an adult person 7 days (6 overnight) stay in double occupancy room – 1120 PLN. 14 days (13 overnight) – 1960 PLN.

Extra charge for single occupancy – 30 PLN per day

Extra charge for Studio – 50 PLN per day

Extra charge for a pet – 30 PLN per day
